RESBY – Environmentally friendly resilient residential buildings

The project deals with the development of example technical solutions for application in residential buildings of near future. These are apartment buildings with minimized environmental impact, adaptive and resilient ecological residential buildings resistant to climate change. The aim of the project is to develop an evaluation methodology the first step, to verify it on developed examples and finally publish it for the use of the industry.

During the project, a sample solution to a low-carbon resilient residential building will be created in two versions so that the following requirements are met: i) a minimized carbon footprint, ii) the preparedness of global climate change, iii) fast, high quality and efficient construction with a large proportion of industrialization and using local natural materials.
