The main objective is to improve the efficiency of prefabricated timber buildings production by digitization of internal processes, improved automation and introduction of real-time control of the production process in line with Industry 4.0.
Improved efficiency will result in a significant reduction of production time and to decrease of production costs due to improves use of internal resources. These synergic effects will lead to a significantly improved competitiveness on Czech and international markets.
Improvements will span over whole production:
- Digitization of communication with client
- Pricing by digital model
- BIM building permission
- Digital connection of design and production
- Digital control of production
- Customization of products to automated production
