The aim of the project is research and development of a new technology of firing light ceramic aggregate Liapor, a light granulate of ceramic mass. A new firing technology based on a rotary furnace and a cooler will allow more efficient heat transfer from flue gas directly into the batch in the individual zones of the rotary furnace and the drum cooler, thus allowing the fraction production ratio to increase to 4 without negatively impacting the current production of the rotary furnace mm grain size as the fraction with the most popular assortment.
