In this project we will map the energy needs of industrial production plants. Based on the knowledge of the profiles, energy tariffs and network quality requirements, we will seek throughout the simulations the ways of battery management as a balancing energy element. The possibility of using a local renewable source (photovoltaic) to ensure its own partial self-sufficiency and its influence (positive and negative) on the local network will be also considered. Suitable control algorithm of baterries operations will be designed according to the requirements of the battery and distribution system operator. The chosen algorithm will be verified on the real system in an industrial production plant. Selected results will be published at conferences and in scientific journals.
