The aim of the project is to develop a functional system, which will be intended to determine the relation between traffic flow and behaviour of bridge construction. The system includes following subsystems: Subsystem data matching between two separate systems, subsystem tracking of position on bridge construction and Weigh in motion (WIM) subsystem with direct synchronous bridge construction sensors’ output processing.

Extracted data from mentioned systems will be processed in the developed software which will include elements of neural networks and elements of machine learning.

In order to support the application in practice, the methodology for monitoring and evaluation of bridge behaviour with WIM usage will be created. Starting the analogical systems in operation will be included.
