The project deals with the development of autonomous power station, which allows heating, ventilation including heat recovery, cooling and domestic hotwater preparation in all types of buildings with a primary requirement for the use of renewable energy, particularly with a view to a new generation of buildings with nearly zero energy consumption. The project responds to the European Parliament and Council Directive 2010/31 / EU, which mandates the reduction of energy consumption and the use of energy from renewable sources. According to this directive, from 31 December 2020 onwards, all new buildings shall comply nearly zero energy buildings standard. New buildings must meet strict minimum energy performance requirements. In terms of energy supply are preferred central or block devices, which use renewable energy incl. heat pumps. The project addresses the issue of energy management in buildings with almost zero energy consumption, where the primary objective is to provide year-round comfort for a stay of persons without high demands on energy consumption.
